Also known as Mache, Vit, and Lamb’s Lettuce. Tender green leaves have a mild, nutty flavour, and are very high in fibre and vitamins – perfect for salads and sandwhiches. This is probably the most cold hardy salad green for winter gardens. 35-50 days, OP.
